WELCOME!

We're excited to meet you...

Welcome to the
CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY UNITED NATIONS ASSOCIATION

Whether you met us for the first time at the Freshers' Fair or you are a well-experienced Cambridge student looking for the best society to get involved in, the entire team at the UN Society is excited to meet you!

The Cambridge University United Nations Associations (or just CUUNA for short) is the home of international affairs discourse and action at the University of Cambridge. Ever since our founding in 1946 (read more about our history by clicking here) we have been committed to the spirit of international cooperation, democracy, and human rights - all causes we continue to fight for to this day.

But the UN Society is much more than that.

We are Model United Nations Conferences of which our own conference, the CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS, is one of the oldest most prestigious conferences on the global university-level MUN circuit.

We are interesting speaker events and regularly host the diplomats, judges, politicians, ambassadors, activists, and authors who shape the world of international relations.

We are actual change and work with non-governmental organisations and charities on causes that we care about all around the world, but most importantly, we are an inclusive and welcoming community that would love to have you join our UN Society Family! Throughout term we put on social events from pub nights to punting trips - from formals to Fizz & Foreign Affairs, our new flagship event! You can get an overview of our events on our termcard and see the details on Facebook

Interested? Come along to our debates every Monday 7:30pm in the Lightfoot Room, Old Divinity Church, or get your £5 LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP today!
